looking for kannel consulting engineer

hello.

my company is looking for an SMPP/Kannel expert to help us through the  
Acceptance Testing with our mobile carrier.

we currently have kannel set up to talk to our carrier's testing  
gateway and things are working well, but we're having some difficulty  
passing all of the various tests. while we have some smart folks on  
our team, none of us is an expert on SMPP and we'd like to hire a  
contractor to help us through the certification process.

it could also lead to a retainer situation where we call on you to  
help out with our mobile connectivity needs.
