sourcing power over usb gsm modems

hi all, i've been trying to find a reasonably priced power over USB GSM 
unit and i'm having a lot of trouble.

i only actually need 3 of them, but since it's so hard to find them at a 
good price (ebay is pretty scant and the cheapest new i've found is about 
AUD$250 per unit) so i'd be willing to buy 10 or 20 if the price was 
right.

anyone got any leads?
