SMS in Kenya and Mexico

Hi,

I'm looking for some prices for bulk SMS for a small trial in Kenya  
and Mexico. Based on an even smaller trial we are running at the  
moment, I would estimate the volumes being around 40K messages per  
day (in each country).

I am also interested if anybody can provide longdial MSISDNs in  
either of those countries, and also in the US.

Would also be interested, for a slightly later project, in the best  
bulk price for SMS in the States for very high volume messages, I  
have already been offered 0.0341 USD per message, but I am lead to  
believe twitter for instance have a rate close to 0.02 USD.
